Creamy homemade creamed corn made simple in the crock-pot. This creamed corn is so quick and easy to make, there is no cooking on the stove-top, everything cooks together in the crock-pot. You only need six ingredients to make this easy side dish. This easy creamed corn is a delicious side dish to serve with any meal, or even a side dish to serve at Thanksgiving.

The only ingredients that you need to make this delicious side dish, is corn, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and heavy cream. All of the ingredients are added to crock-pot and cooked slow until the cream cheese and butter have melted. Start the corn in the morning, and by dinner you have a tasty creamy side dish that is perfect for any meal.

Crock-Pot Creamed Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ( 15 oz.) cans corn, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Place corn into a large greased crock-pot. Add in cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and heavy cream.
  • Cover and let cook on high for 4-6 hours.
