Easy soft and fluffy cake baked in a loaf pan. This easy cake is filled with crushed Oreo cookies, giving the cake a delicious cookies and cream flavor. Everyone will love this easy fluffy cake to bake for just about any holiday or occasion.

The cake batter is made by mixing all of the ingredients together until a smooth cake batter forms. Fold crushed Oreo cookies into the cake batter, and spread the mixture into a greased loaf cake pan. Bake until the center of the cake comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into slices and serving.

Oreo Loaf Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add in the milk, eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder until it is fully combined. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Spread the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
