White Chocolate Chip Chocolate Snowball Cookies

Classic buttery snowball cookies filled with tons of delicious chocolate flavors. Cocoa powder is mixed into the cookie dough, and they are filled with white chocolate chips. Everyone will love these easy buttery and sweet chocolate snowball cookies for any holiday or occasion.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic snowball cookie, except with the addition of cocoa powder mixed into the cookie dough. White chocolate chips are also folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place onto a large baking sheet. Bake until the bottoms are lightly browned. Roll the cookies in powdered sugar.

White Chocolate Chip Chocolate Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Place the remaining powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookies into the powdered sugar.
