The cookie dough is started from a box of chocolate cake mix, it is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. The white chocolate chips are then folded into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to form the dough into balls, and roll each ball into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet, and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Chocolate Cake Mix White Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
