The casserole is also topped with shredded pepper jack cheese before adding the crispy french fried onions on top. The green bean casserole is baked until the cheese has fully melted and the fried onions are crispy and lightly browned.
Pepper Jack Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 ( 15 oz.) cans green beans, drained
- 1 large jalapeno, diced
- 1 ( 10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 container french fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. In a medium bowl, combine green beans with jalapeno, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1/2 of the french fried onions.
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with shredded pepper jack cheese and the remaining french fried onions. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
