Soft and chewy classic peanut butter cookies filled with white chocolate chips. These peanut butter white chocolate chip cookies are so easy to make. It is just like making a classic peanut butter cookie, except with the addition of white chocolate chips mixed into the cookie dough. These cookies are the perfect dessert for just about any holiday or occasion.

The cookie dough is made like a classic peanut butter cookie dough, except that white chocolate chips are added into the cookie dough. The dough is rolled into balls, and placed onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
