The only five ingredients that you need is a box of red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, butterscotch baking chips, and Oreo cookies. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Oreo cookies together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough. Cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
