Oreo Stuffed Red Velvet Cake Mix Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup butterscotch baking chips
Oreo cookies

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch chips.
Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
