Sharing is caring!

Quick and easy homemade flatbreads without any yeast. Flatbreads can be used for many different dishes, such as flatbread pizzas, or they can be used for gyros. They also taste great by themselves. You only need five simple ingredients that you may already have on hand. These flatbreads are so soft and delicious, and quick to make because they can be ready in 30 minutes.

The dough for these flatbreads is made similar to making homemade flour tortillas. You only need five simple ingredients, just flour, salt, baking powder, water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms, knead for a minute until smooth. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then divide into smaller balls. Let them rest for another few minutes, then roll each into a round circle. Cook each flatbread on a hot ungreased skillet until lightly browned on both sides.
