Homemade Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add in warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead dough until smooth. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide dough into 8 pieces, form each into a ball. Set onto plates, cover and let rest for another 10 minutes. Roll each pieces of dough onto a floured surface into a circle.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread until bubbles start to form, flip and cook until the other side is lightly browned.
