Tacos are a favorite for quick and easy dinners. But instead of making the taco meat and serving them in taco shells, these tacos are baked with refried beans and cheese. These tacos are a delicious meal to eat for taco Tuesday. They are cheesy and spicy with creamy refried beans. These easy baked tacos are quick to make and only need to bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a side of rice and tortilla chips for a tasty taco Tuesday meal.

The tacos are started with making the taco meat by browning ground beef in a large skillet. Mix taco seasoning and salsa into the cooked meat and let it cook for another 5 minutes to heat through. Heat the refried beans in the microwave until they are smooth. Spread the refried beans into the bottom of each taco shell. Place some of the taco meat over the refried beans and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place the tacos onto a baking sheet and bake until the taco shells are crispy and the cheese has melted.
