Preheat oven to 400 F. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as cooks until it is no longer pink. Drain grease and return meat to skillet. Mix with taco seasoning and hot sauce.
Continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Heat refried beans in a medium bowl in the microwave until smooth. Place taco shells into a greased baking dish.
Place refried beans in the bottom of the taco shells. Top with the taco mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
