Chocolate chess pie is full of delicious chocolate flavor. And it is so quick and easy to prepare. This chocolate chess pie is made similar to a classic chess pie, except with the addition of cocoa powder added to the mixture. You can either make the pie crust from scratch yourself, or you can use one that is premade. To make the chocolate pie filling, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, cornmeal and flour are all whisked together. The eggs, milk, melted butter, vinegar and vanilla extract are added to the mixture and whisked until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake until the pie comes out clean with a tooth pick. Let cool completely before serving topped with whipped cream. Or refrigerate until serving.
