Chewy classic brownies turned into an easy truffle, covered in chocolate. These easy chocolate brownie truffles only use three ingredients. Just a pan of prepared brownies that you can either make yourself, or you can use a box of brownie mix instead. The brownies are crumbled along with cream cheese and rolled into balls. They are then dipped into melted chocolate. These brownie truffles are so easy and delicious, great for a fun dessert.

You can either make homemade brownies for these, you to make it easier you can use a premade box of brownie mix and bake it according to the package directions. Let the brownies cool completely before, crumbling into a large bowl. Mix the crumbled brownies with softened cream cheese until combined. Form the brownie and cream cheese mixture into balls and set onto plates. Refrigerate the brownies for at least 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until fully melted and smooth. Dip each brownie truffle in the melted chocolate, coating it fully and set onto plates. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9x13-inch pan brownies, baked and cooled
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips, melted

Instructions
 

  • Crumble cooled brownies into a large bowl, mix with softened cream cheese until combined. Roll mixture into balls and set onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Dip each brownie truffle in the melted chocolate and let set back onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
