Air-Fryer Cajun Chicken Nuggets

Crispy and delicious homemade chicken nuggets cooked in the air-fryer. These chicken nuggets are breaded in breadcrumbs and seasoned with Cajun seasoning, making them slightly spicy. To make these chicken nuggets, first dice the chicken into 1-inch nuggets.To make the crispy breading for these chicken nuggets, egg and milk are combined in a shallow dish. Breadcrumbs is mixed with Cajun seasoning in another dish. Dip each chicken nugget into the egg mixture, then fully coat in the breadcrumbs. Place the nuggets into the air-fryer in batches and cook until no longer pink and the crust is crispy and lightly browned.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken, diced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. Combine breadcrumbs and seasoning in another dish.
  • Fully coat each chicken nugget into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumbs. Air-fry in batches for 10-12 minutes.
