Tuesday: Ground Beef Baked Tacos

Classic cheesy baked tacos baked in the oven.

 

Wednesday: Black Bean Soup 

Easy 5 ingredient vegetarian soup made with canned black beans and diced tomatoes.

 

Thursday: Ritz Cracker Chicken

Easy three ingredient baked chicken tenders coated in a crispy Ritz cracker crust.

 

Friday: Bubble Up Pizza Bake 

Cheesy pizza casserole made with canned biscuits and pepperoni slices.

  • 1 small jar salsa
  • 1 package ( 10 count) taco shells
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 ( 28 oz.) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 ( 15 oz.) cans black beans
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can vegetable broth
  • 1 box Ritz crackers

Refrigerated: 

  • 1 ( 8 oz.) bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Butter

Meats: 

  • 2 pounds pork chops
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Pepperoni slices
  • 1 pound chicken tenders

Seasonings:

  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • 1 ( 5 oz.) packet taco seasoning
