The crock-pot is perfect for cooking any types of meats or meals, even this slightly sweet honey mustard pork chops. The pork chops are tender with a sweet tasty honey mustard sauce. There is no need to pre cook the pork chops before they go into the crock-pot, making these meal very easy to prepare. This is the perfect meal for busy weekdays because it takes less than 10 minutes to start these pork chops in the crock-pot. And then they slow cook all day until the meat is juicy and tender.

There is very little prep work involved in cooking these pork chops, everything will go into the crock-pot and the crock-pot does all of the work. Place pork chops into a large slow-cooker and sprinkle with Italian seasoning to season them. To make the honey mustard sauce, mix the dijon mustard and honey together in a bowl. Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops. Cover the slow-cooker with the lid and let it cook over low heat for 6-8 hours, or over high heat for 3-4 hours. When the pork chops are done, they should no longer be pink and be fork tender.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine dijon mustard and honey until smooth. Place pork chops into a large greased crock-pot.
  • Sprinkle the pork chops with the Italian seasoning. Evenly pour the honey mustard sauce over the pork chops. Cover and let cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours.
