Root Beer Float Popsicles

Sharing is caring!

Root beer floats are a classic sweet treat to enjoy during the hotter summer months. It is so quick and easy to have the same delicious classic flavor of a root beer float in a popsicle form. You only need two simple ingredients and 5 minutes of prep work. Then the popsicles freeze for a couple of hours, and you have a sweet and delicious frozen treat that everyone will love.

The only two ingredients that you need to make these easy popsicles, is vanilla ice cream and root beer. Let the ice cream soften for about 15 minutes before preparing. Place about two tablespoons of the vanilla ice cream into the bottom of popsicle molds. Pour root beer over the ice cream and place a wooden stick or a popsicle mold stick in each mold. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely frozen solid. Unmold and store in the freezer until serving.
