Cilantro Lime Corn on the Cob

Corn on the cob makes a delicious and easy side dish to go with any meal, and there are so many ways that you can season them. Cilantro lime and corn go perfectly together, especially in this cilantro lime corn on the cob. The corn is buttery and delicious, perfect for any summer main dish. The corn is roasted in the oven covered with a buttery cilantro lime butter.

You only need five ingredients to make this dish, just corn on the cob, butter, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Softened butter is mixed with chopped cilantro, salt, and lime juice to spread onto corn on the cob. You can either use fresh corn on the cob, or you can also use frozen corn as well. Roast the corn in the oven until the butter is fully melted and the corn is lightly browned.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine softened butter with cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Evenly spread butter onto each corn on the cob.
  • Place onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
