Soft and fluffy homemade quick bread filled with tons of delicious pumpkin flavors. Pumpkin puree and pumpkin pieĀ  spice are both filled in this easy and delicious bread. Everyone will love this easy bread served for breakfast or as a delicious dessert this fall.

The bread mixture is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. Then pour the pumpkin bread mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake until the center of the bread comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool before cutting into slices and serving.

Pumpkin Quick Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Add in the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
