Pumpkin Quick Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Add in the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
