Pumpkin Quick Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and baking soda. Add in the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
