Peanut Butter Marshmallow Easter Eggs

Easy creamy and delicious homemade peanut butter balls made with marshmallow cream, and formed into Easter egg shapes. Everyone will love these easy chocolate and peanut butter candies for a fun and delicious treat this Easter or spring season.

The only five ingredients that you need is butter that is softened, peanut butter, marshmallow cream, powdered sugar, and a bag of chocolate chips. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until a thick dough forms. Form the mixture into oval shapes and set onto a plate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the melted chocolate and set back onto plates. Let sit until it is completely set.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Easter Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
  • Form the mixture into oval shapes and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each Easter egg in the melted chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
