I love a good juicy grilled burger, but the weather is not always great for grilling. So to still enjoy a juicy burger inside, I made these oven-baked burgers instead. Baking burgers is my favorite way to cook homemade burgers when I can’t grill them. Cooking the burgers in the oven is so simple to do, and it is much cleaner than cooking them on the stove-top. There is no need to watch and flip the burgers, the oven does all of the work and cooks them perfectly. Serve on hamburger buns topped with all of your favorite burger toppings. Now you can enjoy burgers anytime of the year no matter the weather.

To make the burger patties, crumble the ground beef into a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and worcestershire sauce. Mix all of the ingredients together until everything is evenly combined. Form the mixture into four evenly sized patties. Place the burgers onto a lightly greased rimed baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how thick your burgers are and how done you prefer them. You can also use this baking method on your favorite burger recipe to create perfectly cooked burgers every time.
