Cake Mix Peanut Butter Oreo Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with crushed chocolate Oreo cookies, and rolled in powdered sugar before baking. The powdered sugar gives these easy cookies a more soft and chewy texture. Everyone will love these easy cookies for just about any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold crushed Oreo cookies into the cookie dough, and roll into balls. Roll each one into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
