Meatloaf Patties

Sharing is caring!

Meatloaf is a staple meal for many families, but it takes a long time to cook in the oven. But with these meatloaf patties, you can have them ready in 30 minutes. It has all of the flavors of a classic meatloaf, but is cooked in a skillet. The patties are even topped with sweet ketchup and brown sugar glaze, making them really taste like your favorite meatloaf. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables and some mashed potatoes, for an easy weeknight meal that the whole family will love.

To make the patties, prepare the meat mixture like you would for a classic meatloaf. But instead of forming it into a loaf shape, form the mixture into four patties. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties in the oil until lightly browned on both sides. Add the brown sugar ketchup glaze on top of each patty and let cook for a few more minutes to let it heat through.
