Meatloaf Patties
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, and seasonings. Form mixture into 4 equal sized patties. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties until lightly browned on both sides. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Evenly spread glaze over patties and let cook for a few more minutes to heat through.
