Loose meat sandwiches are a quick and easy meal that uses very few ingredients. Loose meat sandwiches are prepared similar to sloppy joes, but the difference is that with loose meat sandwiches there is no tomato sauce or any type of sauce. Ground beef cooked with some seasonings worcestershire sauce and mustard, then served on hamburger buns. This quick and easy meal is ready on the table in less than 20 minutes for an easy weeknight meal.

This meal is cooked in a skillet, just ground beef, some seasonings and mustard. The ground beef is first cooked in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the grease and add in the garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Allow the mixture to cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat to heat though. Serve these loose meat sandwiches over hamburger buns.

Loose Meat Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks until it is no longer pink. Drain grease and return the meat to the skillet.
  • Add in garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Continue to cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes. Serve over hamburger buns.
