Homemade Rolo Ice Cream

Creamy and smooth, this homemade ice cream is sweet and delicious. It is filled with caramel syrup and chocolate caramel Rolo candies. This ice cream is so easy to make yourself at home. No ice cream mixer is needed, just a large bowl and either a mixer or a large whisk. It is so creamy and delicious served topped with more caramel sauce.

The ice cream is first made by mixing the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. You can use either a mixer or if you do not have a mixer, you can whisk the cream by hand until it is thick and looks like the consistency of whipped cream. Fold the remaining ingredients into the mixture, and pour it into a large freezer-safe container. Freeze until the ice cream is completely frozen.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup caramel syrup
  • 10 Rolos

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl with a mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, caramel syrup, and Rolos.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
