Creamy ice cream is my favorite thing about summer. With the weather to start heating up now, it is the perfect time to enjoy a bowl or cone of creamy no churn ice cream. For this ice cream, I made a classic vanilla flavored that only needs less than 10 minutes of hands on time. Only three ingredients are needed to make this tasty ice cream, and it is so simple to prepare. There are so many different ways that you can customize this ice cream, from adding in crushed oreo cookies for a cookies and cream ice cream or chocolate chips.

The only ingredients that you need to make your own ice cream, are heavy whipping cream, a can of sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. There is no need for an ice cream maker with this recipe, all you need is a mixer. The heavy whipping cream will first need to be whipped with a mixer until stiff peaks form. It will look like whipped cream. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, or any other flavorings. At this point you can add in any other ingredients such as oreos or chcolate chips. Pour the ice cream mixture in a freezer safe container and cover. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until you are ready to serve.
