With a delicious crispy parmesan cheese coating on the chicken seasoned with Italian seasoning. The chicken is baked until crispy and juicy. This easy meal makes the best quick and easy meal served with a side of broccoli or your favorite vegetables and pasta.

Chicken tenders are coated in a mixture of eggs and milk. Then breaded in a coating of dry breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese seasoned with Italian seasoning. The chicken tenders are then baked until the breading is crispy and crunchy. And the chicken is tender and is no longer pink in the center.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Whisk eggs and milk together in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture first, then fully coat in the breadcrumb and parmesan mixture. Place chicken tenders onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
