Homemade No-Churn Peach Ice Cream

Creamy homemade ice cream with peaches mixed throughout. This homemade ice cream is made without an ice cream maker. All you need is a large mixing bowl and a hand mixer. It is so simple to make ice cream yourself with heavy whipping cream used as a base. The cream is whipped until stiff peaks form. All of the other ingredients are mixed into the whipped cream and it is frozen until solid. Serve this easy ice cream on a hot summer day for a delicious treat.

To make this homemade ice cream, heavy whipping cream is first beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form and it resembles whipped cream. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a can of diced peaches. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze until frozen solid.

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ( 10 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can peaches, drained, diced

Instructions
 

  • Beat heavy whipping cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and diced peaches.
  • Pour mixture into a large freezer safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
