Creamy and sweet homemade ice cream made without any ice cream maker needed. This quick and easy homemade ice cream is filled with delicious cherry pie filling and vanilla extract. It is sweet and creamy, the perfect dessert for a delicious summer treat, or even as a fun Valentine’s day treat.

The only four ingredients that you need for this simple homemade cherry pie ice cream is some heavy whipping cream, a can of sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a can of cherry pie filling. The heavy cream is mixed with a mixer until stiff peaks form. It should have the texture of whipped cream. Fold the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cherry pie filling into the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into a large freezer-safe container and freeze for at least four hours before serving.

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl with a mixer, mix heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cherry pie filling.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture into a large freezer safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
