Quick and easy homemade rolls made with no yeast, and no kneading. You can have these rolls ready on the table in less than 30 minutes. They are filled with cheddar cheese and minced garlic. Mayonnaise is also used in these rolls, you won’t taste the mayo, but it makes the rolls moist and delicious. The texture to these rolls is more of a biscuit texture than bread rolls. They make the perfect addition to any meal, such as chili or a bowl of soup.Â
It is so easy to prepare these rolls, all of the ingredients are combined in one bowl. Then all you need to do is evenly divide the batter between a greased muffin pan and bake until they are lightly browned and come out clean in the center. Everyone will love these rolls, they are so moist and cheesy with tons of garlic flavor.Â

looks great. I plan to make these for supper with soup. I have a question on the mayo. Is it the regular, not sweet mayo or the mayo like Miracle Whip? Thanks!!
I used regular mayo for these, but I think that any type should work.
