Sharing is caring!

Easy oven-roasted corn on the cob using only three simple ingredients. This corn on the cob is covered with a buttery ranch and butter mixture. Before roasting in the oven until melted. You can make this simple side dish to go alongside any meal. There is very little prep work involved in making this corn. Just spread the seasoned butter on the corn, wrap in foil, and bake.

For the ears of corn, you can use fresh or frozen for this dish. I used frozen ears of corn, fresh may need to cook for less time. Mix softened butter with a packet of ranch seasoning mix. And spread evenly over each corn on the cob. Wrap each ear of corn in a piece of foil and set onto a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
