Ranch Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 ( 2 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine softened butter with ranch seasoning.
- Evenly spread butter mixture over each ear of corn. Wrap each corn in foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
