Garlic Cheddar No-Yeast Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cheese. Add in garlic, mayonnaise, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Evenly divide batter between 12 greased muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
