Easter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

Easy cookie dough truffles filled with Easter themed sprinkles and chocolate chips. These easy truffles make the perfect no bake treat to make this Easter or spring. Everyone will love the delicious chocolate chip cookie dough covered in melted white chocolate.

The cookie dough is made by first heating the flour in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth. Then add in the flour and mix until it is fully combined. Fold the sprinkles and chocolate chips into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls, and place them onto a plate. Freeze the truffles while you melt the chocolate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each cookie dough truffle in the melted chocolate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Easter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the heated flour, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Use a fork to fully coat each truffle into the melted chocolate. Set onto a plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
