Crispy Italian Seasoned Saltine Crackers

Quick and easy crispy seasoned saltine crackers. These crackers are seasoned with Italian seasoning, and baked until crispy. It makes a great snack to enjoy anytime, and you only need a few simple ingredients to make them. After baking, you can store any leftover crackers in either an air-tight container, or large Ziploc bag for up to one week.

The only ingredients that you need to make these crispy seasoned crackers is some saltine crackers, vegetable oil, and Italian seasoning. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread the crackers out in a single layer onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake until the crackers are lightly browned and crispy.

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine crackers with oil, and seasoning. Spread the crackers out evenly in a single layer onto a large baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
