Cheesy garlic bread rolled into rolls like cinnamon rolls makes the perfect side dish. This bread is prepared similar to cinnamon rolls, except instead of being sweet with cinnamon and sugar, these rolls are loaded with a garlic butter and shredded cheddar cheese. The rolls are cheesy and delicious, they will make the perfect side dish to go along with a bowl of spaghetti or any other main dish.

The dough for this bread is started with a yeast dough. The dough is made soft and fluffy with milk, butter and egg in the dough. After the dough is kneaded together, it is placed in a large greased bowl and allowed to rise covered in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until the dough has doubled in size. Deflate the dough and roll it out into a long rectangle. Spread the dough with a mixture of softened butter and minced garlic. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese all over the garlic butter and roll up into a tight log. Slice the log in 12 slices and place into a large greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake until the bread is lightly golden browned and the cheese has fully melted.
