Nutter Butter Brownie Cups

Chewy chocolate brownie cups filled with peanut butter nutter butter cookies. The brownies are soft and chewy with tons of delicious peanut butter flavor. These easy brownie cups are perfect for any occasion that you want to enjoy the classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter together.

The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked into a large bowl until smooth. You can also use a box of brownie mix and prepare it according to package directions. Fold chopped up nutter butter cookies into the prepared brownie batter and evenly divide between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each brownie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Nutter Butter Brownie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 nutter butter cookies, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped nutter butters. Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
