Quick and easy cookies made with a box of cake mix. These easy green crinkle cookies are the perfect dessert to bake this St. Patrick’s day. They are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, giving them a crinkle look after they are baked. Everyone will love the delicious soft and chewy texture of the cookies.

The only five simple ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, green food coloring, and some powdered sugar to roll the cookies in. All of the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to form the cookies into balls, and roll each one into powdered sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, roll each one into the powdered sugar.
  • Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
