Soft and chewy chocolate cookies filled with white chocolate chips and mini marshmallow bits. You only need five simple ingredients to make these cookies because they are started with a box of chocolate cake mix. It is so quick and easy to put these cookies together. No mixer is needed to make them, all of the ingredients are combined together in a large mixing bowl. The white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows make these cookies have the classic flavors of hot chocolate. Perfect for baking this winter served with a cup of hot chocolate.

The only five ingredients that you need to make these cookies is a box of chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallow bits. All of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.

  • 1 ( 16 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Using a cookie scoop, place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
