Quick and easy four ingredient side dish that takes less than 30 minutes to make. This spicy Cajun skillet corn is cooked in a skillet with butter and garlic, seasoned with Cajun seasoning. It takes very little prep work and cooking to make this simple side dish.It would be great served with any main meal, such as meatloaf or baked chicken.

The only four ingredients that you need for this dish is, butter, minced garlic, a package of frozen corn, and Cajun seasoning. Melt the butter in a large skillet, and cook the minced garlic in the butter until it is fragrant. Add in the frozen corn and season with the Cajun seasoning. If you would like a less spicy corn, use only 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning instead. Cook until the corn is heated through, and lightly browned.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ( 12 oz.) package frozen corn
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic, and cook for a minute until fragrant.
  • Add in frozen corn and Cajun seasoning. Continue to cook until the corn is heated through and lightly browned.
