Crispy and delicious baked green beans coated with a mixture of seasoned flour and breadcrumbs. The green beans are baked until the coating is lightly golden browned. These green bean fries make a delicious appetizer or side dish for any meal. They taste great served in ketchup or ranch.

The green beans first need to be trimmed. To make the breading, egg and milk are added to one bowl, flour and seasonings to another, and breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese to the last. Dip each green bean in the egg, flour, egg again, and breadcrumbs. Place onto a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until lightly golden browned.
