Baked Green Bean Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, combine egg and milk. In another shallow dish, whisk together flour and seasonings. Place breadcrumbs and parmesan into the last bowl.
  2. First dip green beans into egg, then coat in flour, then egg again, and breadcrumbs. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
