Easy four ingredient baked donuts using a can of biscuit dough. These easy baked donuts need no oil to make, making them a much healthier option than traditional fried donuts. They are coated in a delicious sweet cinnamon and sugar mixture. They make the perfect treat for a fun weekend breakfast or brunch.

The only four ingredients that you need for these donuts is a can of biscuit dough, melted butter, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. To make the biscuits into donuts, cut a hole in the center of each biscuit. Bake the donuts until they are lightly browned. Coat each donut into melted butter, then coat fully in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Baked Biscuit Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F. Separate biscuits and cut a hole in the center. Place onto a large greased baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Place the melted butter into a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Coat each donut into the melted butter, then fully coat each donut into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
