Cheesy tortellini covered in alfredo sauce and topped with two types of cheeses is a delicious meal with almost no prep work. This is a great vegetarian meal for meatless Monday that your whole family will love. It is creamy and cheesy with both mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Just a bag of frozen cheese tortellini, a jar of alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese is all that you need to make this delicious meal. The frozen cheese tortellini is mixed with the alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish. There is no need to cook the tortellini before baking, it will cook in the oven. Top the pasta with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Bake until the cheese has melted and the pasta is cooked and tender. Served with garlic bread and spinach or your favorite veggie sides for a quick and easy dinner.

Alfredo Tortellini Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (19 oz.) bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 ( 20 oz.) jar alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Place the frozen tortellini into a greased baking dish. Mix with alfredo sauce.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
