Air-Fryer Potato Chips

Crispy and delicious homemade potato chips using no oil to make them. These easy and crispy potato chips are cooked in the air-fryer. Making them in the air-fryer makes them just as crispy as frying, but without all of the oil. They make the perfect snack or appetizer. Season with your favorite seasonings.

The only ingredients that you need for these chips is russet potatoes, and salt, or any other seasoning that you would like. Slice the potatoes into thin slices, and place into a large bowl, then cover with water. Let the potato slices sit in the water for a few minutes to remove the starch. Drain the potatoes and pat dry with paper towels. Cook them in the air-fryer in batches until they are crispy and golden browned. Season the potatoes with salt.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. and grease with non-stick cooking spray.  Slice potatoes into thin slices. Place potatoes into a large bowl and cover with water.
  • Let sit for 20 minutes. Drain water and pat dry potatoes. Air-fry potato slices in batches for 15-20 minutes per batch. Season with salt.
