Oven Roasted Cajun Corn on the Cob

Spicy oven roasted corn on the cob seasoned with Cajun seasoning. It is so quick and easy to make this side dish because it only needs three ingredients to prepare. There is very little prep involved in this dish, the seasoned butter is spread onto corn on the cob and it is wrapped in foil and roasted in the oven.This makes the perfect side dish to enjoy any main meal with, such as pork or chicken.
Only three ingredients are needed to make this easy side dish, just corn on the cob, softened butter and Cajun seasoning. You can use either fresh or frozen corn on the cob for this recipe. Softened butter is mixed with Cajun seasoning and evenly spread onto each corn on the cob. Wrap each corn in foil and place onto a baking sheet. Bake until the corn is fully heated through and the butter has melted.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. In a small bowl, combine softened butter with cajun seasoning.
  • Place each corn on the cob onto a piece of foil. Evenly spread with the cajun butter spread. Wrap each in foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
