Fluffy and buttery homemade dinner rolls topped with grated parmesan cheese and dried parsley. These homemade rolls make a great side dish to go alongside any dinner. Or they would even be great served for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any other occasion. The bread is made with a classic fluffy yeast dough and brushed with a delicious buttery parmesan topping, and sprinkled with dried parsley. The rolls are then baked until browned.

To make the dough, the yeast is first activated in a bowl of warm water and sugar. Let it sit for a few minutes, until foamy. In a large bowl, combine flour with salt. Add the yeast mixture, along with the egg and melted butter. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Place into a large bowl and cover with a towel or plastic wrap. Let sit in a warm place until doubled in size. After the dough has risen, roll into balls and place onto a greased baking sheet. Let rise for another 30 minutes. Brush the rolls with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and bake until the rolls are lightly golden browned.
